Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to hold everything together while also figuring out who you are and what you truly need. I'm passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and major life transitions, with a particular commitment to affirming care for those within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of where to begin, you don't have to face it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward building a life that feels more aligned, authentic, and fulfilling. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self. Together, we'll explore the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck, while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your own story. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always tailoring our work to what feels most relevant and supportive for you. Above all, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or clinical. It can, and should, feel like a place where you are met with honesty, connection, and care as you begin to make sense of your experiences and move toward the changes that matter most to you. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with identity and mental health, experiences that deepened my commitment to creating a space that is affirming and inclusive for others. I believe that growth comes from both insight and action, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate that process.

From a young age, I have been interested in promoting health and wellness and followed my passion into a career in healthcare. I received my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2010. After graduation, I was selected as a National Health Service Corp Scholar and spent two years serving in a rural underserved community. This experience gave me a strong foundation in treating patients of all ages in outpatient and inpatient settings, but while living in a small community, I realized that I was still a city girl at heart. In 2012 I relocated back to Denver and have been practicing in the Denver metro area ever since. Through practicing in family medicine, I have realized how much our mental health affects our well-being and found that my true passion is in promoting mental health wellness. I have a special interest in gut health and how our gut microbiome impacts not only our mental health but our overall wellness. I believe in an integrated approach to behavioral health care that includes nutrition, exercise, meditation, and sleep education. My goal is to collaborate with each patient to form an individualized approach to care. In my spare time, I am an avid runner and have completed multiple marathons including the world-famous Boston Marathon. On the weekends I enjoy taking my love of running to the trails and when I am not outside enjoying Colorado’s sunshine, you can find me in the kitchen trying new recipes and finding ways to incorporate more plants into my diet. I look forward to partnering with you on your healthcare journey!

As an emotion-focused, trauma-informed therapist with over 5 years of experience, I help clients identify and process suppressed emotions often rooted in unresolved trauma. I believe healing begins when we create space for the feelings we've had to bury, and that therapy, though challenging, can be a safe space to reconnect with ourselves.

I believe healing happens when you feel safe to show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure to “have it all figured out.” Whether you're new to therapy or returning, we’ll move at your pace. So, grab your cup of coffee or tea, take a breath, and know that change is possible. You deserve a life that doesn’t just feel manageable—but one that feels rich, fulfilling, and worth waking up for. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I provide a warm, authentic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy that focuses on women’s health, empowerment, and overall wellness. My passion for supporting women began early—through mentoring middle school girls, working with nonprofits dedicated to women’s social justice, and later training to provide mental health services to survivors of interpersonal violence. For the past 12 years, I have remained deeply committed to helping women of all ages navigate life’s challenges and pursue growth and healing. I specialize in supporting women and women-identified individuals through experiences such as managing social media pressures, coping with fertility issues, adjusting to motherhood, navigating the aging process, healing from interpersonal violence, and cultivating self-compassion while balancing multiple roles. My goal is to help clients thrive by fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and empowerment. I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including community mental health clinics and hospital systems. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. Outside of my professional work, I value connection, humor, and activities that ground and recharge me. I find joy in good food, laughter, time in nature, and quality moments with family and friends. These experiences remind me of the importance of presence, play, and balance—values I often integrate into my work with clients.
