Therapists for college students near Indianapolis, IN
You may look capable and successful on the outside, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or unsure of yourself. Many of the students I work best with are used to setting high expectations for themselves. You may put pressure on yourself to succeed, struggle with perfectionism, or feel like you are falling behind even when others think you are doing well. I also enjoy working with international students and students navigating different cultures. You may be balancing school with family expectations, relationships, questions about who you are and where you belong, or the stress of adapting to life away from home. Past difficult experiences may also be affecting how you feel and respond to stress today. In our work together, you do not have to have everything figured out. We can slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and find practical ways to manage difficult emotions and everyday stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and approach your life and relationships with greater confidence and choice.

Everyone faces seasons in their lives where it feels like they’re on a spinning wheel. Round and round and round you go, too afraid to get off or try something different, too stuck in old patterns or routines, lacking the skills or support to take the leap. You’re here because you want something different, something more, something better for your life. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach with almost twenty years of experience in the field. Since starting my own private practice in 2020, I have primarily worked with women in adolescence through adulthood, focusing on life transitions, relationships, divorce, parenting, trauma, grief, and self-worth. As an integrative systems therapist, I understand that the systems we’re a part of, including our families of origin, communities and social networks, country, the world, and the planet, have profound impacts on us individually. I utilize a blend of modalities that meet each client where they’re at, including mindfulness, visualization, and writing. I have been EMDR-trained since 2021. I’m currently accepting clients on a limited basis beginning in September 2026. Email me to secure your spot. I look forward to meeting you.
I’ve been a therapist for over a decade and specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, new parenthood relationships, and major life transitions. I help individuals and couples find calm within the chaos, strengthen communication, and reconnect to themselves and each other during life’s most tender (and toughest) seasons. Whether you're a brand-new mom or dad, an expecting couple, or just trying to make sense of the emotional rollercoaster that this phase of life can bring — you don’t have to do it alone.
In the treatment of eating disorders and eating related concerns, Dr. Duffy works from an integrative approach and often uses methods from cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and interpersonal theories. She sees eating disorders as a multidimensional disorder and thus strongly believes in a multidisciplinary approach. This means that individuals with eating disorders most often have psychological, medical, and nutritional causes and consequences of their disorder and require treatment in each area for a full recovery. With written permission from the client, she works with local dietitians and physicians to provide collaborative care. In addition to work around eating disorders and eating-related concerns, therapy will also address related issues such as anxiety, depression, and family concerns.

Why does it always feel like the to-do list is never-ending and what’s done is never quite enough? You are diligent about keeping on top of things and it’s gotten you pretty far. Yet, you find yourself asking “I’m running myself ragged for this?” Work-life balance? Who has time for that! Well, you are not alone. Like you, the individuals I work with tend to be busy, successful, professionals who feel stressed, anxious, and unsatisfied and struggle with burnout and imposter syndrome. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way. I help you sort out what needs to change and how to create a life where you feel excited and fulfilled. None of that is easy, but it is doable. Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.

I am a board certified psychiatrist and provide combined psychotherapy and medication treatment. My patients are typically looking for therapy to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. They are also often looking for support with evidence-based medication treatment. I listen carefully to understand the difficulties that bring someone to treatment and to understand their goals. I am collaborative in my approach. I approach psychotherapy from a psychodynamic perspective, where the goal is to increase understanding and insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior. When we can understand ourselves better, we can then change patterns that may be getting in our way. This type of therapy can often lead to lasting change. Please note that because my practice is telehealth only, I do not prescribe controlled substances (for example, stimulants for ADHD or medications such as Xanax or Ativan for anxiety).

As a Notre Dame graduate, I have a unique understanding of the Notre Dame experience. As a Latino, I understand the challenges of being a minority on campus. My training includes traditional talk therapy and in the past eleven years, extensive training in working with anxiety and depression that is rooted in past trauma. I conduct sessions in Spanish if need be. I have the perspective of having grown up in an academic family. My father was a member of the Notre Dame faculty for 26 years. I know that the rigors of modern university attendance cause many students to abuse mood altering substances. I am trained in chemical dependence issues.
