Registered Dietitian
Cambridge, MA

Hello! I help my clients find balance through maximizing their emotional well-being while also improving their nutrition. My specialties include working in the areas of eating disorders, body image, anxiety and depression, and sports performance. It is essential to practice self-care in order to have the energy, drive, and focus required to accomplish our life goals. Attention to health is vital, but if taken to the extreme, can wear us down. Preoccupation with food or exercise can distract from experiencing the nuances of life, as well as prevent the formation of meaningful relationships. I work with my clients to help them enjoy their food experiences, but also to utilize it as medicine to enhance well-being, perform effectively in school and at work, and enhance athletic abilities. I use a non-diet approach, focusing on assisting clients develop intuitive eating skills and increase mindfulness towards food and their body. My goal is to help you set and reach realistic and sustainable goals. If this approach resonates with you, please reach out; I would love to connect.

Psychologist
Sudbury, MA

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have experience working with individuals of various backgrounds including socioeconomic status, race/ethnicity, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation. I've worked in college counseling centers, outpatient clinics, and community mental health centers. I've also worked extensively with students who have special education services. I strive to meet each of my clients where they are and engage in a collaborative process to determine goals for counseling. Together, we can process experiences, explore curiosities, and engage in questioning all in an effort to find solace and resolution. My practice is via telehealth only with availability Monday through Saturday. I have immediate openings available. Email is the fastest way to communicate if you are interested in a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we're a "good fit."

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

I’ve had the privilege of working with students from all walks of life—PhD candidates at MIT, first-year undergraduates just beginning their college experience, and international students who have traveled across the world to study in the Boston area. I understand the unique mix of excitement, pressure, and expectation that comes with academic life, and I know that the right therapeutic support can make all the difference between simply getting through college and truly thriving in it. We don’t leave our pasts behind when we move onto campus. Sometimes, unresolved experiences or past trauma can create barriers to feeling fulfilled or confident in this new chapter. College is about much more than your major—it’s a time of self-discovery, growth, and learning how to navigate both independence and connection. Whether you’re seeking support for stress management, identity exploration, or processing painful experiences, I’m here to help you build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self as you move through this important stage of life.

At Soul Sprout Mindful Care, we are dedicated to helping you and your family achieve Mental Health. We believe that Mental Health is just as important as physical health, and we treat it as such. We are committed to providing therapeutic services including individual outpatient therapy, family outpatient therapy, and couples outpatient therapy. A therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan, with interventions tailored specifically to your needs. We believe that you should be heard, and we take supporting you very seriously. In the African American community, we are haunted by intergenerational trauma that shapes how we view and operate within the world. By increasing the frequency with which people of color pursue therapy, we work to break the cycle of trauma and aid you in beginning a new family tradition of mental health. We are honored to work to be a part of this change! Our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients. We're working to provide telehealth services via zoom during this COVID crisis.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Boston, MA

Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **

Imagine actually ENJOYING therapy. Imagine looking forward to therapy each week because your therapist "gets" you and works with you in a down-to-earth way to address your goals. Since therapy is an intense process that tackles intense issues, we believe it should also include authenticity (on our part), humor, and flexibility. We love working with college students and are energetic, creative, and hands-on. We'll work together to design a personalized approach to address your specific goals. Our therapists specialize in a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ identities, and health challenges.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thoughtful Psychiatry, P.C. I provide psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of stress related conditions. As therapist and prescriber, I try to pave the way for my clients to tell their stories and feel truly understood. I strive to provide a safe environment that allows for self-expression. While diagnosis can be helpful, I believe that each individual enters treatment with a unique set of circumstances, and that it is important to focus on the needs of each individual rather than focus only on his or her symptoms. I am interested in treating patients with all types of conditions, but have a special affinity for working with clients who suffer from anxiety and trauma-related conditions. Currently, I am accepting clients primarily for medication management. Clients seeking medication management should have a therapist in place.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Boston, MA

Welcome! I'm so glad you've found your way here. College can be an exciting time, but it can also come with stress, old wounds that resurface, anxiety, and moments where you’re just not sure who you are or where you’re headed. Therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and talk honestly about what’s going on - without judgment. My goal is to create a place where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe to figure things out at your own pace. We’ll work together to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that might be keeping you stuck, while also tapping into the strengths you already have (even if you don’t always feel them). I see therapy as more than “fixing problems”—it’s also about reconnecting with yourself, growing in confidence, and building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be. I use an individualized, integrative approach—drawing from psychodynamic therapy, relational work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. This means we’ll explore your past and present experiences, uncover what’s behind certain reactions or habits, and bring compassion to every part of you. I’d be honored to walk with you as you learn to trust yourself, practice self-kindness, and reclaim your voice. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and help you move toward a life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
