I work with patients across the life span and with a broad of psychological problems and I particularly enjoy working with college age students and helping them to negotiate the transitions to college life.I also have training and expertise in working with patients with eating disorders. I work with patients in a longer term frame and focus on developing a good patient-therapist working relationship to create a therapeutic space so the the person can develop an understanding of the meaning of their difficulties and begin to find pathways to alleviate those difficulties. I am very receptive to working with students with diverse sexual, cultural and religious backgrounds and am open to learning more about those backgrounds from individual patients. College can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to campus life, feeling stressed or burned out, struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating concerns, dissociation, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone. At Sacred Forest Counseling, I strive to provide an unconditionally accepting space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I also offer a unique nature-informed approach to counseling for students who find healing and clarity through connecting with nature. From my experience and current research from the EcoPsychology field, it can be said that healing often happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and draw wisdom from the natural world. Whether we meet outdoors or virtually, therapy is always tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have experience working with undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students and understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing academics, relationships, work, and personal well-being. If you're wondering whether we'd be a good fit, I'd love to connect. Reach out today to see if Sacred Forest Counseling is the right place to support your journey.

At CenteredMind Online, I specialize in working with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained, and are ready to feel more balanced and in control of their lives. Many of the clients I work with are juggling academic pressures, relationships, and personal expectations, often while hiding how stressed or stuck they feel. On the outside, they may seem high-functioning, but internally they’re quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or sleep issues. If you’ve been finding it harder to focus, stay motivated, or feel rested, no matter how hard you try, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. That’s where I come in. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood, and your mental health is finally a priority. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or simply feeling unmotivated or disconnected, we’ll work together to find a clear path forward. My approach is compassionate, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, and more like yourself again. I offer both medication management and supportive therapy, tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in your way and build a plan to help you move forward with solutions to help you feel more balanced and centered. CenteredMind Online is a fully virtual psychiatric practice, so you can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of your own space. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to make care more accessible. No commuting. No waiting rooms. Just real support when you need it most. Guessing your way through life is stressful. I work with college students who are realizing that there's a lot of things that they weren't taught in school and are ready to take control of their future. Now that you have more freedom and choice, you also have to figure out what to do with it. Who are you? Who do you want to be? What do you want to do with your life? How do you get there? If you're starting out college, you might be trying to get yourself into a routine, make new friends, navigate the campus dating scene, decide on a major, or handle the stress of midterms/finals. Maybe you're past that part of your college experience, but you still haven't found a good solution to those problems: still putting off studying, dealing with friend drama, having ups and downs with dating, etc. And if you're getting towards the end of your college experience, you might be worried out about what you're going to do after college and what that will look like. You don't need to figure all that out on your own. I help people get to the root of their problems so that they can understand themselves and others better. If you can understand your past and unlearn things that aren't helping you anymore, then you can replace them with healthy ways to move forward with confidence.

Do you dread the 5:00 am clang of your alarm? Do you hit snooze one too many times and now have to scramble to get to class on time, chugging caffeine, just trying to make it through the day? You spend the evenings checked out, on the couch, mindlessly scrolling your phone, while the tv drones on in the background. You know there is more to life than this. You know there is a way to get good sleep, not survive on caffeine, and actually enjoy your evenings. Sometimes we just need a little support to get there. It’s okay to need a little help figuring out what is underneath the stress and get back to living a life you don’t want to escape. Let’s talk about how you can move from dread to joy. Contact me.

On our journey it can be helpful to have someone to help us see the narratives that often define our lives. Some of those narratives keep us from experiencing what we want for ourselves now and in the future. Since graduating with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2010, I have been working as a therapist with people in various stages of life. A relationship between a therapist and client can provide someone with a deep reflection of how they live and are experienced. I believe therapy can give us the opportunity to rediscover our story in a new way. Real change is possible and the therapeutic relationship is one of the ways to cultivate that change. Areas of experience and interests: ADHD, adults, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family of origin concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, mother abandonment, parenting, sexuality, sexual and physical trauma, trauma recovery Fee: I offer a sliding scale fee Insurances Accepted: United Healthcare, UPMC, Cigna, Highmark Therapeutic Style: Relational Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed, Family Systems Contact Autumn directly at 412-606-1887 or autumnkrusebrownlee@gmail.com

Welcome! At OCD & Anxiety Specialist, LLC, we help college students who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and constant overthinking. You may find yourself spiraling with “what if” thoughts, second-guessing yourself, worrying about relationships or the future, experiencing panic, or feeling like nothing you do is ever good enough. Our therapists use active, evidence-based approaches to help students understand these patterns, build practical skills, and spend less time caught in anxiety, avoidance, reassurance-seeking, and compulsive behaviors. Whether you're struggling with academic stress, relationship anxiety, OCD, panic, or simply feeling mentally exhausted from trying to keep up, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence and flexibility. Our practice offers virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania, with in-person services also available in Irwin. Kristine Crowley, LSW currently has virtual openings for college students, including evening and weekend availability. Kristine specializes in OCD, anxiety, school-related stress, and avoidance and works closely with Ashley Montrenes, LCSW through ongoing supervision and case consultation. Many of us come to therapy looking for relief from emotional pain, but we're often searching for something more. Maybe you're trying to understand yourself better, make sense of what's happened to you, figure out who you are, or find a way of living that feels more true to yourself. To me, therapy is a collaborative process built on authenticity, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I practice primarily from a relational, values-driven, and strength-based perspective, while also incorporating skills-based interventions when they feel helpful to you. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, experiences, and values that have shaped your life. I aim to make therapy feel like a natural conversation where there are no “wrong” things to bring up—sometimes, even the things that seem random or difficult to say can help us understand something meaningful about you. I don't believe I have all the answers to your life (and you don't have to either!) My role is to walk alongside you as we figure things out together, creating space for you to show up as yourself and feel genuinely welcomed, understood, and accepted.

I love what I do, and I know why I do it. Since 2007 my focus has been coming along side of people and assisting them with challenges they face in life to become the most authentic and genuine person they were meant to be. In my own journey I've come to accept and appreciate the gifts I've been given, even if they're seemingly unrelated. I love my work as a therapist and I will always be passionate about performing music. How the two coexist within me is the journey I'm on. My focus has been in becoming a better therapist each day ... but I also know I'll never stop playing guitar and performing music, it's part of who I am. Book with me now by clicking on my Headway website. For insurances I work through Headway. My private practice is "out of pocket" at $50/session making therapy affordable to those without insurance or high copay. I provide a statement so you can be reimbursed. So finances are not an obstacle we can find an affordable rate for you. I am very passionate about understanding and helping people with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, distressful emotions, and broken relationships. This has lead me into further study on how to offer a Trauma-Informed Therapy Approach. One therapy method is EMDR therapy, but other options can be utilized based on your needs. We can talk soon.

College and graduate school can stretch you academically, mentally, and emotionally. When stress, burnout, or self-doubt start to pile up, that stretch can feel more like a breaking point. I work with students to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, life transitions, and challenges that can come with disability. I also support people adjusting to new environments, including the shift from rural backgrounds into more urban, academic settings. Together, we’ll look at where you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed and build practical skills to help you clear those hurdles and reconnect with what matters to you. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In practice, this means we’ll use a blend of tools to help you understand your thoughts and reactions, make sense of your experiences, and respond in ways that feel more manageable and effective. I will tailor our work to your personal goals, because your idea of accomplishment is what matters to me. If you’re interested, we can also bring in elements of Geek Therapy® (using movies, games, or other examples of popular culture) to make therapy feel more relatable and engaging. If you’ve been dealing with mental fatigue, cognitive overload, or a life-altering diagnosis, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. We can work together to help you feel more balanced, confident, and prepared for your next chapter, whether that’s graduation or the following academic term. Reaching out can be the most difficult step in this process. Let’s start a conversation and design a treatment plan just for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. I graduated from Widener University where I earned a master’s in Social Work. While at Widener, I completed a certificate in the treatment of trauma. I began my career at Ambrosia Treatment Center, a substance abuse disorder facility. Over the past five years I have worked in all levels of care within the substance use field. I created a program to treat substance use and eating disorders concurrently. After this program I began building a private practice where I work primarily with individuals who have co-occurring eating disorders and substance use. Outside of Guide to Wellness, I help treatment centers across the country implement veterans programs at their facilities. I use a collaborative approach in treatment. I like to meet clients where they are in their lives and work collaboratively with the individual to create an individualized treatment experience. My approach draws heavily from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), CBT and exposure therapy. I work to create a trusting, non-judgmental relationship with the individual. I see myself as someone who presents opportunities to the individual and allow them to be the decision maker. I feel my role is to help the individual see the whole picture in their choices.

I specialize in working with late teens (16+) and adults navigating the transition into independence, identity, and adulthood. This stage of life can feel overwhelming—whether you're managing anxiety, adjusting to college or post-grad life, struggling with relationships, or feeling stuck in uncertainty about your next steps. Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed—balancing expectations, pressure, and major life changes while trying to figure out who they are and what they want. I provide a supportive space to slow things down, build insight, and develop practical tools to aid you in your journey. I strongly believe that we must take time to nurture our emotional and mental well being just as we do with our physical being.
